Personal Exercise Goals

My Personal Exercise Goals are just a part of working towards being The Better Me, but really important so that I have the energy and strength to Live Life to the fullest.

7 days
30 minutes minimum on the treadmill
15 minutes on the Sprint Bike
7 Reps on the Total Gym of 12 specific exercise routines

30 days
slowly increase time on the treadmill
Slowly increase time on bike
Slowly increase repetitions on the total gym
Introduce the band workouts

60 days
1 hour on the treadmill
1 hour on the bike
20 Repetitions on the total gym of 20 specific routines
10 minutes of band workouts
Jogging to town and walking home

90 days
1 hour on the treadmill
1 hour on the bike
20 Repetition on the Total Gym of 20 Specific Routines
15 minutes of band workouts
Running to Town and walking

Over the course of 3 months I will be sticking to this routine because I want to increase my fitness and be able to run comfortably.

I will be working on strengthening and toning my body with the goal of having abs that show.

As I lose weight and tone up I will have reward myself with a regular GAT (Goal Achievement Treats).

For every 5kgs (Approx. 11lb) I will buy myself a treat (not food, lol). A new haircut, earrings, new shoes and many more.

We should all treat ourselves considering the work that we are doing. I really look forward to going shopping in the standard size section and sharing the experience.

      Thank very much for the compliment. I do think that WordPress, makes everything easier and explains everything with demonstrations via videos or articles. You can upgrade when you are more comfortable and come join the society of social media. Hope to see your blog soon!

      People go back to there comfort zone and I understand that, I love the internet and being able to reach anyone, at anytime, anywhere. I myself ocassionally still read the newspaper because it reminds me to be grateful for having everything we do have now. We as human beings are a fascinating species and I will always enjoy our difference because it is new!
