Previously I had weighed 120kg, but made a plan to stick to Herbalife religiously. Having The Herbalife Ultimate Programme really did kick-start my weight loss and then the plato came and I used the excuse it was because of work and life got busy. I stopped taking the time to go shopping for good food and convenience food became the way to go.
My Top Three Excuses were

I had gone way off track with food and exercise. My weight hadn’t changed and I just had to get real and be honest with myself. There is no valid excuse so I began again. The key thing missing for me was consistency so to make sure I got back on track I knew I had to make a schedule for my life and get organised. I have scheduled everything in my day to day life from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. With the right balance of everything my life improves daily. My energy levels have risen, I actually wake up in the morning without my brother coming in and telling me to get up because my alarm has been going off for the past hour, just the mere fact of feeling Happy to be alive!
