Exercise is good for me. And it certainly is. I have had a busy morning with yet again the supermarket walk and got my groceries for free “Woo hoo” and also finished the treadmill (452 calories) and sprint bike (183 calories) about an hour ago because I have been watching “Mirror Mirror” for about that long and thinking of including a walk for tonight and then Cajun Chicken with Salad, hommus and balsamic dressing and then do another workout for 30 minutes tonight!
How has everyone been working, studying or on holiday?
Whatever you are doing, remember to enjoy it, take a little bit of time out for yourself because life is full of ups and downs, but the ups are what keep us sane, I think anyway. And before life starts getting hectic with studying, work and extra added bonuses, always look on the bright side of life. 😀
