Oh what a night!!! Workin it.

I just got home after a brilliant walk (477 calories) to go and get a small Dark Chocolate Bar that I have earnt over the past few days for dessert and I am so proud of myself for not getting a couple of packets of biscuits (Caramel Tim Tams are my favourite) or anything that was on special (the excuse was “it was on special”). Now tonight I don’t know if I will hop on the Total Gym because with the amount of exercise I have done, I don’t want to damage my body, so I will think about it after my meal.

I don’t think it’s wrong to workout for my snack, what do you think?
