I always get nervous when I face the scales, but today was a victory. I love those scales more and more as I loss weight and tone my body to the way I want it to be. Even with the extra amount of exercise that I have been doing, I still managed to loss weight. Ecstatic, definitely and will be continuing the hard-core Workouts, Gym and Exercise equipment! But remembering to “Listen to my body.” because it is the only one I have!
So just to show you the stats (weight) they are from today:
I also walked to the gym and did a Body Balance Class (Yoga), the walk (427 calories) took approximately 40 minutes in temperatures over 30 Degrees Celsius (86 Degrees Fahrenheit), I always carry or purchase water whilst walking and the Body Balance Class (668 calories) was about 1 hour, so I started off the morning with intense exercise, what is let now is the treadmill, stationary bike and the Total Gym (possibly a DVD workout), so I am very proud of myself and learning so much more about everything.
Top Ten Things I have learnt this week:
- Systems in my body.
- How much more my brain is thinking.
- Waking up automatically and early.
- How far I can push my body.
My body is becoming my temple, so there for I have to start caring for it because I certainly don’t want to lose it! By exercising until my body can cope, eating my protein salad mix, having my Herbalife Shakes plus vitamins/supplements and listening to my body, something that I won’t neglect anymore.
