I love my chicken meals, they always leave me satisfied. After this I will do a treadmill/sprint bike workout and then tonight I start the grape harvest for the second season. Intense workout on its own, so I have to make sure that I really eat healthier meals with lots of energy foods because the hours are long and the work is hard, physically and mentally demanding too. I am great for the job and that is all that matters because I believe in me. So I can’t wait to get out there and get physical with the grape harvester machine.
Making sure that I have the essentials:
- Right Meal
- Right Snacks
- Appropriate Gear & foot wear
I think that is about it, oh sorry I almost forgot, make the money, lol. I am going to enjoy the season as much as I did last year because I am doing it healthier and in the right mind to lose weight, but the better way for me.
